Women face greater barriers to careers in STEM. Today, they make up only 30% of the public space sector workforce, and even fewer hold leadership roles.

UNOOSA’s Space4Women initiative is working to change that.

Since 2018, the programme has:

🌍 Engaged 370+ experts worldwide
📊 Produced a landmark study on gender equality in the space sector
🛠️ Developed a Gender Mainstreaming Toolkit to help space organizations become more inclusive
