Are you busy at work or just a “performative worker”? 🙄

I’m not trying to flame anyone (including myself 😅). 

In 2025, knowledge workers reported to spend 60% of their time on “work about work” - coordination, status updates, admin, context switching - instead of actual work. 

I deeply believe that a lot of gripes about work come from doing things that don’t actually matter. So I have a lot of respect for companies like @Atlassian  that try to make sure you don’t lose your mind at work.
