Women aren’t just competing, they’re leading.

Through the Women Play, Women Lead initiative, more than 500 women and girls gained leadership training, and 364 are now stepping into leadership roles. 

Across 7 countries, female athletes are gaining confidence, building skills, and claiming their space in sport and in their communities.
