At the CPJ Foods booth, JFDF Decade guests got a taste of Moroccan cuisine with Harissa-Spiced Salmon Tagine with Olive & Chickpea Couscous and Scotch Bonnet Chermoula Grilled Shrimp with Tahini Sauce, Za’atar Feya and Grilled Pita.
