Talk about a citrus moment! 🤩🍊foodie_renee takes grapefruit, lime, and orange and serves them in their finest form, accompanied by lively bubbles and an elegant float of our Indigo Gin 🥂 

GRAPEFRUIT GIN FLOAT
◦1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦2 oz Grapefruit Juice
◦½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
◦½ oz Simple Syrup
◦2 Dashes Orange Bitters
◦2 oz Tonic Water

METHOD: Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a tall cocktail glass. Add tonic water and carefully float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top. Enjoy!
