Rate of aging isn’t just based on your age–it’s impacted by how quickly your mitochondria decline.

And science shows that you can improve the health of mitochondria and slow the dysfunction that naturally happens with age.

Much of it started with improving insulin sensitivity and decreasing inflammation. Both insulin resistance and inflammation lab values are calculated into biological age by most lab testing companies.

Initial signs of mitochondrial dysfunction can be fatigue, pain, mood swings, brain fog, pain and more.

This is why adopting habits that improve your energy is a good sign that you are supporting healthy aging and metabolic health.

A few things:

1-I’m not necessarily anti peptides or NAD+ for longevity but I do think they are both over-hyped when you aren’t yet nailing the basics. It’s not where I would start or where I choose to spend money at this time.

2-I’m also not here to pretend that my health is perfect just because my biological age is 21.9!

But I would love to help you improve your energy, mood and cravings in my 7 day Blood Sugar Reset.

Comment 10BSR to join my 7 day science-backed reset in March where I plan all of the meals. And you’ll learn about how to adopt habits that improve your energy in a way that isn’t obsessive, rigid, or dogmatic!

I’ve supported >25,000 women and would love for you to do this with us!
