Around 100 students gathered in front of Geisel Library at 1 p.m. last Thursday to protest UCSDPD’s alleged participation in Operation Stonegarden, a DHS program that funds collaboration between local and federal law enforcement to “secure the United States’ borders along routes of ingress from international borders.”
