I’m not much of a cook… my wife can attest to that. But grilling? I enjoy!

☀️The California winter means sun has been out, so I kicked off the first grill of the season. And grabbed some steaks because my kids LOVE steak. 🥩

The real challenge:

Cooking theirs well done

Cooking mine medium

A delicate dad balance.

Did I maybe overcook them a little this time? Possibly.

Good news is I’ve got an entire grilling season to figure it out.
