Anthony Diehl is the founder of Modus and a coach with deep roots in strength, resilience, and long-term health. After transforming his own life—from an overweight teenager into a high-level strength athlete—Anthony now helps others build strength that lasts through training, nutrition, and a metabolism-first approach. While his competitive strongman days are behind him, he still competes and trains hard through bodybuilding, jiu jitsu, and endurance challenges. In this episode, Anthony also shares his origin story and how his son’s autism shaped his trajectory as a man, father, and coach.  Aaron Chapple is a health and wellness coach who helps men reclaim their physical health while stepping into their calling. With 15+ years of coaching experience and a 15-year career teaching health and physical education, Aaron blends deep practical expertise with the heart of an educator and mentor. As an athlete, Aaron currently competes in powerlifting and has set world-record level totals in Masters competition, while also ranking among the top all-time lifters across multiple weight classes and age categories. His coaching philosophy centers on movement quality, strong relationships, and individualized programming so training stays enjoyable and effective. Outside the gym, Aaron prioritizes family, serves in his local church, coaches high school swimming, and officiates water polo from age-group through NCAA levels.
