One of my favorite workouts of the year!

Somehow it surprises me with how challenging it is every single time.

I used one of the Daily Flow protocols to help guide me through the movements and make sure both my hips and shoulders were ready to go.

We had lots of company during this one ❤️

And Doctor Lily came to my rescue and the end 🥰
