Redid 26.1 today! 
I couldn’t help myself.
There really is a magic about the Open and the way it pushes us past our daily limits.

Big improvement from Friday!
I’m not any fitter than I was two days ago.
The difference was mindset. 
Commit early. Stay uncomfortable. Dig deeper when it burns.

Every year the Open gives me a good reminder on how to full send. 
Needed that! 🤝
