Why I try to incorporate strength into my training everyday?

A major reason I do daily strength work is because it builds resilience in muscles, tendons, and joints. My goal is to keep the body durable and balanced.

Strengthening your core, glutes, and hips daily helps maintain posture and alignment, even when you’re tired. This is a constant work in progress for me. I am continually trying to improve both my posture and form with a long ways to go.

…And it turns out the continued strength work comes in handy when events like lifetime.ltgames pops up .

Daily Doesn’t Mean Heavy

It’s not about lifting heavy weights every day.
You can alternate between:
- Heavy lifts (2-4x/week) for power and muscle.
- Mobility and activation (daily, my go to is gowod_mobilityfirst ) for movement quality and injury prevention.

Even 10–15 minutes of bodyweight strength, balance, or core work counts.

Lifting can have such incredible benefits for both your long term health and your performance. There are many different approaches to how we can incorporate strength into our training. I encourage you to explore multiple training options out there and see which philosophy resonates well for your lifestyle 😊
