Martin County Sheriff's deputies in Florida rescued a 30-year-old quadriplegic man who fell off his family's boat while still strapped to his electric wheelchair. He fell when the ramp connecting a dock to his boat suddenly collapsed.  His father and bystanders kept him and his 230-pound wheelchair from sinking until first responders arrived. They were able to get the man out of the water and onto a stretcher. #florida #martincounty #rescue #waterrescue #wheelchair
