2 tbsp. + 1 cup Warm Water
3 tbsp. Honey
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 large Egg beaten
1 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
3– 3 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
Sesame Seeds

Fries:
3 russet potatoes
big splash of vinegar
avocado oil to fry @ 400
salt

Sauce:
ketchup
mayo
pickles and juice
garlic powder
paprika
salt

To assemble:
2 patties, lightly smashed with american cheese
diced onion
shredded lettuce
sauce
pickles
