Creating something meaningful is exciting… and can be really scary too!

My ultimate goal is that this gets into the hands of people who will benefit from it. But that also requires me showing up to share it which I haven’t been the best at lately!

I didn’t self publish, I hybrid published ( if you’re interested in why and what that means I can share more!)

This book came from a season that challenged me deeply, and the tools inside helped me move forward when life felt uncertain.

This post feels extra vulnerable but sometimes being honest is the best way to go.
