In 2012, 6-year-old Raja Gope from Chaibasa, Jharkhand, got separated from his father while heading to brick kiln work. He boarded the wrong train and ended up in Ernakulam, Kerala 🚂
Rescued by activists, he grew up in shelter homes and later joined a skill program in Kannur. A video shared by Railway Children reached his family in Harimara village—his father passed away 4 years ago, but his mother Mani is overjoyed: “I’m happy my son is alive and coming home…”
Jharkhand & Kerala child welfare depts are coordinating the reunion after paperwork. A 14-year miracle! ❤️
