I am complete, enough, whole. I am power manifested; fueled by the eternal strength and will of my ancestors. I am in control of my thoughts, feelings, and actions. I am in control of me and me only. I am surrounded by love, light, and wellness. All is well in my world. I’m both alive and awake to my surroundings. But most of all, I am grateful. For I am a Black woman and the power in that knows no limits or bounds.
