When we uplift the Black fathers in our lives and community, the Black family dynamic only grows to be stronger.

We must dismantle the stereotypes, break the myths, and replace equating Black fatherhood to absence. We live in a society that chooses to showcase such negative imagery surrounding Black fatherhood, but we know that our community is FILLED with present, supportive, empowering dads - and how come that’s not deemed as newsworthy?
