Pan seared Atlantic salmon served with pako

Pako : Fiddledhead ferns
Now in season, sourced by our local friends wild.foragers 

Crisp bite, slimy texture (we love those😋) and bagoong : fermented fish from the Ilocano region which is where Kyle, Jonnah, Sean, & Phil’s families are from☺️
