Join us for our monthly ACCESSIBLE and super peaceful Community Sound Bath with crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and other soothing sounds to transport you peacefully into the upcoming weekend!

🫶Fresh air and sunshine enhance this event but the folks who attend make it extra special !🫶

💖 All are welcome! This is an all ages/all abilities/family friendly event. 

❗️Bring a blanket or chair AND dress for the weather.

🧑🏽‍🦽Park is paved with accessible bathrooms

💲This is a donation based event that supports my Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness program. You give what you can towards 
#specialheartsadaptivewellness ! 
This program provides adults with varying intellectual and developmental disabilities access to student led, personal-centered quality care and connection. We focus on accessible wellness and spiritual practices including regulation, present practices, somatics, energy healing, yoga therapy, meditation, creative movement, art and heart centered connection. 
🙏🏽 No one will be turned away for lack of donation,  just come for free!
