Almost 4 weeks into tour and I haven't felt in control once.

The whole thing has been overwhelming. Way outside my comfort zone. But that's kind of the point. Growth doesn't happen inside comfort.

We got a few days off and the team booked a cabin to relax... So I woke up early, before anyone else was awake, and I went and shot photos around the property. Put the drone up. Edited for a while in the quiet.

Headphones on. Music that actually made me feel something. Just me, my thoughts, and the work.

It was the most relaxed I've felt in a month.

I also have to be honest with myself. The stress has brought back bad habits. Scrolling to feel in control when I'm not. Sleep has slipped. Productivity has slipped. I know it, and I'm working on it.

But this crew. I could not have asked for a better group of people to do this with. Every single person in this camp is someone I genuinely like. They've made me laugh harder than I expected. They make the hard days easier because all we have to do is focus on the work. No drama. Just people who want to win.

In a few days we're back on the bus. Long days, long nights, back to it.

But right now I'm sitting with the fact that I get to be creative for a living, with people I actually like, in places I never expected to be.

That's not lost on me. Not even a little bit.
