We were thrilled to welcome the Keenar Trio, James Waterman, Rajb Karmakar, and Neel Agrawal, to campus for a dynamic three day artist residency. 

Known for their innovative fusion of jazz, Indian classical music, and contemporary composition, the trio led immersive workshops and rehearsals with our NBPS music students, exploring songwriting, rhythmic cycles, and global musical traditions. Music Arts Academy students also collaborated directly with the ensemble, culminating in a special performance of the trio’s original work, “The Light.”

A truly inspiring experience filled with creativity, collaboration, and world class artistry.
