The “best” training split isn’t the most advanced one - it’s the one that fits your schedule and keeps you consistent. 🏋️

Different workout splits organize your training in different ways:

▶️ Push/Pull/Legs is a solid option if you want more variety and like a more defined structure. With PPL, those primary muscle groups are typically the foundation of each workout - so push days will center on pushing muscles, pull days on pulling muscles, and leg days on lower body.

▶️ Full Body is a great option if you’re training 1–3x/week, because each workout can include a mix of major muscle groups and help you make the most of fewer sessions.

▶️ Upper/Lower is a strong choice for people training 4–6x/week because it gives you a simple structure, lets you build enough weekly volume, and balances hard training with recovery.

▶️ Fresh Muscle Groups can work well if you train more often and want your workouts to adapt based on what feels most recovered. Instead of following the exact same body-part order every week, it helps guide you toward muscles that are ready to work.

🔥 For splits like Full Body, Upper/Lower, or Fresh Muscle Groups, the muscle groups shown are more representative examples of what you might train, not the exact same setup every time. Those splits can be more flexible depending on your schedule, recovery, and exercise selection.

Fitbod helps you choose a split that fits your schedule, then personalizes exercises based on your recovery and profile settings so your plan adapts as you train.

Your best split = the one you’ll actually stick with. 💪
