The Houston Pork Authority tent at the World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest was better than ever this year — supporting the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Swine Auction Committee and raising scholarship funds for Texas youth.

Our Cook-off Team brought the heat, finishing Top 10 in brisket at one of the most competitive cook-offs in the world.
