As a change-of-campus student, Safiya Haruna wanted to replicate the feeling of community she had cultivated at psuberks. Now in her third year, Safiya has worked to build her support system at University Park through the African Students Association and Black Caucus, two organizations committed to spreading culture. ➡️📍🦁

Safiya is majoring in International Politics and minoring in  Communication and Social Justice (psubellisario), with the hopes of working in the policy space focusing on human rights. 🏛️💼

Liberal Arts change-of-campus students who are interested in meeting with the change-of-campus lead mentor at the Liberal Arts Chaiken Center for Student Success can schedule an appointment in Starfish or visit the Center in 139 Sparks Building for drop-in hours.
