🌟 Did you know? Apache Junction holds a piece of Elvis Presley’s legacy right here at the Superstition Mountain Lost Dutchman Museum! smldmuseum

🎬 In 1968, Elvis filmed his famous movie “Charro!” at the Apacheland Movie Ranch, and one of the iconic props used was the chapel. Today, that very chapel serves as a memorial chapel within the museum, preserving the essence of Elvis’s presence.

🏞️ Disassembled and later reconstructed, the chapel features original elements from the movie set and is adorned with western film memorabilia, including posters from movies shot at Apacheland. A life-size Elvis figure adds to the charm, ready for photos and even available to officiate weddings upon request!
