I’ve been in front of hundreds of people for various speaking engagements and events… But THIS, was something different for me. I hosted and taught my FIRST content workshop! This was an interactive course covering all things social media, where I was able to answer questions and provide individualized feedback in a classroom style setting. 

Quick Storytime: Before I became a content creator, I hosted a book signing back in 2019, for a children’s motivational book that I self-published. That event was held in this exact same room. I had ZERO followers. I relied on family and friends for attendance and support. 

Fast forward, Motivated By Mylan is a global name 🤯 I’ve reached over a billion views, executed 100+ brand partnerships, just shy of 2 million followers across social platforms and most importantly, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experiences, that I’m now able to share with others. 

But this time around, I didn’t have family and friends. I was surrounded by more people that I had never even met before. People of all ages and backgrounds that were inspired to meet and learn from me. It was only right to do it in the exact same room, where it all started. FULL CIRCLE MOMENT!! 

Moral of the story is… We all start at zero. You never know where life will lead you or what it will prepare you for. Every single day, we have the opportunity to impact someone’s life, without even knowing it. You never know who’s listening and/or watching you. 

Follow your passions. Continue to set goals for yourself. If people don’t laugh at your dreams, then they aren’t big enough. Don’t wait for anyone, do it yourself! Trailblazers don’t follow a blueprint, they create one. If I can do it, you can too!
