Police confirmed that the suspect is dead in an attack on a Michigan synagogue attack. There was a large response to the scene of the "active" situation in a suburb outside of Detroit, Michigan, as people were asked to shelter in place. A security guard was also injured in the attack, but officials confirmed no injuries to students or teachers.
