## Caption

In this whiteboard drill, Peter Dolan of ionamlax walks us through the Gael Transition, where teams work through real game scenarios with quick exits, broken plays, and fast decision-making.

By creating immediate 6v5 and 4v3 situations, players are forced to react, communicate, and capitalize on early opportunities in transition. A great drill to reinforce turning a faceoff win into real offensive momentum.
