SWEET LYCHEE MARTINI 🍸
◦ 2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
◦ 2 Lychees, plus more to garnish
◦ ½ oz Lime Juice
◦ 1½ oz Lychee Syrup, from can
◦Pinch of Sea Salt
◦Edible Flowers, Lime Wheel, & Lychee, to garnish

METHOD: To a cocktail shaker, add lychees and lime juice and muddle until broken down. Add Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, lychee syrup, salt, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a martini or coupe glass, garnish, and enjoy!
