A few high-rise projects to watch: the Emory, the Pullman, and The Pendry. And it’s not just Downtown—there are tons of new townhome and mixed-use projects popping up in The Nations, Wedgewood Houston, and East Nashville. Bottom line: buyers have more options than ever, whether you’re a first-time buyer, a short-term rental investor, or a family ready to upsize. One pocket I’m especially excited about is the Nashville Yards—around the Emory and the Everett—with new condos, rentals, and major additions like The Pinnacle Amphitheater.
