Janet recently joined a panel at natprodexpo led by the amazing thesarabrooks alongside some incredible women in the CPG world — including sarelaherrada from eatsimpli and lifeaccordingtojenna from ecoscleans 

It was an honor to share the stage and talk about what we’re building with COYOTAS: dignifying the tortilla and keeping ingredients simple. 

One thing we clearly couldn’t stop talking about (as you’ll hear in the interview) is that Coyotas packaging is 100% compostable. We worked really hard to make that happen and we’re proud of that!
