Anxiety and migraine are closely connected, and for many women, one can trigger the other. 
�Stress, worrying, and feeling overwhelmed can make migraine attacks more likely. Also living with migraine can increase your anxiety. It’s a cycle that many in our community know all too well.
Learning ways to manage anxiety isn’t just good for your mental health, it may also help reduce the frequency or severity of migraine attacks. Small habit changes, coping tools, and support from others can make a big difference.
