🧘🤸 🚴  Health and Sport Week 2026 is back, happening from 18 to 24 March.
Join us for a week of events focused on wellbeing, movement, and healthy campus life.

We’re kicking things off with the launch of a Vape‑Free Campus, plus free lunch and the chance to win a TBall ticket! 
During the week, there’ll also be talks, wellbeing sessions, free fitness activities, and opportunities to check in on your health.
The week wraps up with Trinity on the Move, a day of sport and physical activity across campus.
