Dubai recorded an ultimately comfortable win over Baskonia as the hosts led from start to finish and romped ahead by 20 points in the fourth before a late blitz by the Spanish team reduced the arrears in Sarajevo’s Zetra Arena. An early 9-0 run gave Dubai a 15-4 advantage and the home team never looked back, carving out a 59-45 halftime lead, which soared to 93-73 in the home straight before Baskonia slashed it to 98-94 in the final minute. Dubai celebrated its fifth successive win and improved to 16-14 to stay firmly in contention for a postseason spot, while Baskonia dropped to 9-22 after a sixth successive loss.

Dwayne Bacon led the charge with 23 points while Dzanan Musa chipped in with 19 and 7 boards, and big man Mfiondu Kabengele sank 17 to go with 6 rebounds. McKinley Wright and Filip Petrusev netted 11 points each to garnish a sound team performance. Mamadi Diakite had a monster individual performance for Baskonia as he racked up 27 points and 12 rebounds, while Eugene Omoruyi scored 18 points and Kobi Simmons 14.
