💙 Today is World Kidney Day, a day to raise awareness for people living with kidney disease, including wish kid Abby.

At 16, Abby has already undergone a kidney transplant and continues treatment. Her wish brought a day filled with joy: a shopping spree. 🛍️ Abby spent the day exploring stores, picking out her favourite finds, and celebrating every moment.
