Part 3 - Carrying Forward Robert Joffrey’s Vision. At Joffrey, legacy is not something we look back on. It is something we carry forward.
Meg shares how Robert Joffrey would move through the studio, working one on one with dancers, offering detailed corrections, thoughtful encouragement, and unwavering support. He believed in meeting students exactly where they were, then guiding them toward the level they were capable of reaching.

That commitment to individualized attention, precision, and preparation remains embedded in our training across every program. We do not teach dancers into a mold. We elevate them from where they stand, developing strong technical foundations while nurturing the artist within.

His vision lives on in the way we teach, the way we mentor, and the way we prepare dancers for the stage and for their careers beyond it.
