Big Ten Smoothie Recipe:
- 1 cup Silk Protein Original
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2/3 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds

Optional:
- 1 spoonful powdered peanut butter
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt

Blend until smooth, swirl, pour & enjoy!
