Fun game that kids don’t realize can be beneficial to them as a defender! Little do they know they could be mastering their flips during the game “pepper”. As the defender, when fielding the ball and flipping it back to the batter, you are working on hitting an area (the strike zone) —> which then translates into flipping the ball to your first basemen in the chest! 🥎
