🌮✨ The South by Southwest Secret Dinner ✨🌮

Over the past few weeks we’ve been quietly cooking up some of the wildest dishes to come out of the Ethos kitchen. Modern Mexican plates, colorful masa, bold sauces, and a little bit of chaos from the kitchen lab.

Some of the highlights you might’ve seen floating around your feed lately:

🥩 Medium-rare ribeye sitting in a pool of rich mole topped with crispy shoestring potatoes
🐟 Bright snapper tostadas layered with citrus and fresh herbs
🦆 Duck carnitas tacos on handmade tortillas with mole and toasted peanuts
🌽 Charred corn with squash blossoms and toasted pepitas
🍠 Roasted sweet potatoes with salsa macha and crema
🍣 Tuna crudo with aguachile and vibrant garnishes
🌸 Hand-pressed heirloom masa tortillas that look like edible flowers
🍷 Colorful Mexican natural wines and cocktails with tamarind, hibiscus, and roasted corn

It’s been one of the most creative menu runs we’ve done in a long time.

And now… SXSW is here.

Reservations and seats have been filling up fast and most of the week is already spoken for. The masa is getting pressed, the mole is simmering, and the kitchen is locked in.

If you’ve been watching these dishes pop up and thinking you’ll come by later…

SXSW only happens once a year, and the dining room is almost full.
