spicy tuna onigiri | seasoned rice balls stuffed with spicy tuna & avocado 🥑 

•mix 1 can of tuna (drained) in a bowl with 2tbsp kewpie mayo & 1tbsp sriracha
•lay out a piece of saran wrap 
•season rice with nori seasoning 
•add rice to the middle & press down with a spoon or spatula
•in the middle of the rice add spicy tuna & avocado 
•pick up edges of the saran wrap & gently create a ball 
•twist the the top of the saran wrap to help form it
•topped with sriracha, kewpie mayo & green onions
