We rebuilt BŪP better than it has ever been. It took a few focused weekends and some energy drinks. Hard stop ✋ 🛑 

Let me explain.

I spent tens of thousands of dollars and years building BŪP. I bootstrapped. I learned. It was slower than I wanted. Capital was tight. We did what we could with what we had.

Fast forward to today. You can build real products quickly for very little - with the right people, the right tools, and the right information.

I was not salty about the past spend. I embraced it. I took what I learned from those years: cross-functional work, clear user stories, and listening to customers. I applied all of it to the tools we have now.

Now, my product and development team ships faster and with more discipline. Strong design plus a technical team that embraces and uses AI well. That is our formula for speed and quality.

The lesson: Do not get hung up on yesterday. Use what you learned to move today. 👈
