Milestones!! I just read an article that claimed only 10% of White belts in BJJ will make the Blue Belt level. And only 1% of those Blue Belts will make it to Black Belt. Wonder if a black belt at 65-70 is in the cards?  Hard to explain, through broken ribs, busted shoulder, and daily aches why Jiu-Jitsu is worth it! But… it is!!
