I love cauliflower grilled, raw, puréed as a soup you name it.  But roasted on a cast iron with herbs, citrus and drizzle it with a velvety and peppery sauce reminiscent of a great Cacio e Pepe pasta minus the pasta and you’ve got something delicious.
