I love sweet and savoury desserts. So want a great use for those overripe bananas?  How about turning them into a delicious and smoky Panna cotta.  Grill them in the skins to caramelise them and make a delicious sweet and salty syrup made of soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.  The perfect balance with the creaminess and depth the burnt bananas and vanilla give this delightful dessert.  #pannacotta
