## Caption

Riso al salto. A crispy delight traditionally made from the left overs of  a risotto alla milanese.  I also love “arroz con leche”. So why not make it crispy and delicious with the leftovers as well?  But in this one I’ll add some coconut cream, sea salt, raspberry, lime and a bit of lightly smoked and grated macadamia. 🫠#hexcladcookware hexclad #nothingbutthebest
