Don’t know what to do with big broccoli stalks just sitting there in your fridge? The florets aren’t the only delicious part. Peel the stalks with a peeler and slice them thin with a mandolin or sharp knife and make a raw broccoli stem Cesar salad.  Broccoli stalks are the sweetest part of the whole broccoli.
