I love making ice creams and sorbets.  Sweet, savoury or both combined.  I’ve made them out of all types of chocolate, fruits, cheeses, vegetables and even different types of seaweed such as this one I’ve been preparing for an intimate dinner. Roasted dulse ice cream with kaffir lime and fennel top oil.
