Breath, Body, Becoming

As we open the doorway to 2026,
I’m moving with deep gratitude and quiet excitement
alongside 5th House Venus and Comfort Prescott—
a collaboration rooted in breath, body, and brave intimacy.

This work is about remembering the self
from the inside out.

Breathwork—especially After Dark—
invites us back into our bodies,
back into sensation,
back into the truth that awareness begins with the inhale.

Here, expansion isn’t performative.
It’s cellular.
It’s the subtle return to one’s own breath,
the moment the body says, I’m here now.

To facilitate in this container is an honor.
To witness people soften, open, and expand
within safety, intention, and beauty
is the kind of work that feels ancestral and futuristic at once.

2026 is asking us to be more embodied,
more present,
more honest with ourselves.

I’m delighted to help hold space for that becoming—
to midwife breath into awareness,
and awareness into growth,
inside a container that knows how to hold both tenderness and truth.

Breath by breath,
