Today, I give thanks for what cannot be seen or held —
for the breath that kept breathing when I forgot to,
for the moments I unclenched my fists and chose peace over proving,
for the silence that taught louder than the noise ever could.

I’m grateful for the illusions I’ve released:
The need to be understood.
The lie that I am not enough.
The habit of holding on to what already let go of me.

I give thanks for clarity without chaos,
purpose without pressure,
